Contacts
How contacts work- When adding a contact, enter the contact's name and email in FieldMate.
- FieldMate creates an email address for that contact; add it to your ZOLEO contacts in the ZOLEO app.
- Send the generated invite link to the contact by text, email, or any other channel.
- The contact opens the link and registers with the FieldMate Telegram bot.
- You will see chat messages in your ZOLEO app; the contact will see them in Telegram under the FieldMate bot.
- The contact needs a Telegram account and must be ready to register with the bot.
