These Terms & Conditions govern the FieldMate development preview provided by Clearmind Fz-Llc, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use FieldMate for an organization, you must be authorized to act for it. Contact [email protected] with questions.
1. Service and preview limitations
FieldMate relays messages between supported satellite services and connected platforms such as WhatsApp and Telegram, and can relay responses from an optional AI provider. Availability depends on your account, device, provider plan and current configuration. Features may change, pause or end while the product is being tested.
Messages may be delayed, duplicated, rejected or undelivered because of connectivity, provider rules, queues, limits or outages. A queued or accepted message is not proof that its intended recipient has read it. FieldMate does not guarantee continuous availability or delivery.
FieldMate is not an emergency service, safety monitor, SOS replacement, rescue dispatcher, or medical/legal/financial adviser. Do not rely on it for emergency or safety-critical communications. Use your device's official emergency functions and the appropriate emergency services.
2. AI output
FieldMate relays third-party LLM output as-is, apart from mechanical formatting or message chunking, and does not verify, rewrite, approve, or guarantee answers. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. You are responsible for independently checking it and must not use it as the sole basis for high-risk decisions.
3. Your account and contacts
You are responsible for protecting your credentials, using accurate account details, and controlling the devices and messaging accounts you connect. Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to use. Inform people you invite about FieldMate's role as a message relay and respect their communication and privacy choices. Do not share access or invitation links publicly.
You must have legal capacity to accept these terms. Notify support if you suspect unauthorized access. You remain responsible for your messages, contacts, device settings and provider subscriptions.
4. Third-party services and usage
Meta/WhatsApp, Telegram, satellite networks, email services, Google sign-in and the AI provider are separate services with their own terms and privacy practices. FieldMate is not an official emergency or satellite-network service, and use of a provider's name does not imply its endorsement.
You are responsible for any applicable satellite, mobile-data, messaging or other third-party charges. FieldMate usage displays are bridge-observed usage only: activity outside FieldMate may not be visible to us. Device-provider limits and billing remain the provider's responsibility. FieldMate can enforce separate service limits. Any paid FieldMate offer will state its charges and applicable conditions before purchase; this page does not enroll you in a paid plan.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use FieldMate for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, unsolicited bulk messaging, infringement of others' rights, or attempts to bypass security or usage controls. Do not impersonate others, connect their accounts without authorization, or send information you are not entitled to share. We may restrict abusive or unsafe use and comply with valid legal requirements.
6. Privacy, disconnection and deletion
The Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. Message content passes through FieldMate and the relevant providers; the bridge is not an end-to-end-encrypted channel across all connected services.
You may stop using FieldMate or disconnect a connection. To request deletion of your account or personal data, follow the Data Deletion instructions. Disconnecting, archiving a device or sending STOP is not the same as deleting stored data.
7. Suspension and ending the service
We may suspend or end access where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, provider restrictions or the continuation of the preview. Where reasonably practicable and appropriate, we will explain the action. You can contact support about access, exports or deletion. Provisions needed to resolve outstanding rights and obligations continue to apply after access ends.
8. Responsibility and mandatory rights
The preview is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free or fit-for-a-particular-purpose operation and are not responsible for third-party outages or decisions made in reliance on unverified messages or AI output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer, privacy or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, without depriving you of mandatory protections that apply in your jurisdiction. Contact us first so that we can try to resolve a concern; any mandatory right to approach a competent authority or court remains unaffected.
9. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as FieldMate develops. The date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the service or an appropriate contact channel where required. If you do not agree to revised terms, stop using the service and contact us about your data.
